Clear Coat Help Needed

I basecoated and cleared all of the jams today and have a few spots that have sme clear trapped dust particles....can someone tellme how to correct this?

would i wet sand em out....then re clear?

also can i put another ccoat or two of clear over the clear i sprayed today say tommorow?
would i have tro sand or scuff first? or just respray?

the clear has a slight bit of orage peel
