Both rear windows have stopped working. First one, then several months now the other. I have checked the circuit breakers and now am faced with evaluating the door switches and motors. Does anyone know how to get the rear door panels off?

I'm going to make this short as this POS :banghead: bb logged me out while I was typing a nice answer to your question.

The rear door has a screw behind the handle, use a flathead screwdriver to pry up the plastic cover, there is another one in the pull 'cup' flathead to pry up the plastic cover. There are 3 screws at the bottom of the door panel.

There are clips above and behind the courtesy light, and one at the back and front of the top of the carpet/cloth bottom trim of the panel, a trim tool would be useful to pop them out, you should be able to see them by tilting the door panel a bit. Once they are out lift the panel UP at the top edge to get it out of the door channel between panel and window glass. Support the panel on something while you disconnect the handle's link to the door and disconnect all the wires.

Now you can remove the panel and need to remove the watershield, do not rip it, just pry it off slowly and try to keep the adhesive parts clean.

I think if your switches/fuses/circuit breakers are all good the motors are probably bad.
