1993 olds cutlass ciera

Hi, I'm new and will be seeking advise on my car. I love my car and want to keep it in good working order. I really do not want car payments. I try to do little things that I learned from my dad and brother like changing the plugs wires, alternator. I will appreciate any help any of you can give me.
