Oh, did i mentioned the paint job is a bit ruin due to.. super glue.. Its juz that the damage cannot be seen from the photo. Any idea how to get rid of it, i am guessing theres a nid to redo the paint job. LOL

love the color!
what if you try to use white glue instead of super glue? tried using it on a friend's V-Spec II r34 skyline, it worked great. :D

White glue? not too sure whether it can stick those parts with paint. isn't white glue used to stick wood parts?

i used white glue to stick clear glass areas to the body, and it worked okay. wouldn't use it for headlamps though, but for the windshields and side glass, they work great. :D

It looks good, but isn't that Evo9 instead? And if you want to make it more realistic, paint the rear diffuser with flat dark gray, that's how it is in the evo9...

Looks good in gunmetal. Where is the roof difuser? Or was it not included in this version?

You can use white glue to stick the headlight lenses no problem and then just clean off any excess with a little water on a cotton bud.As for the windows just use double sided tape (the thick kind that is used on carpets) from the inside it works really well and there is no chance of fogging like with superglue. If you have any white residue on your bodywork from the superglue fumes it should buff off with a little Tamiya Rubbing compound and a cloth.Hope this helps you out.All the best.

Just noticed something that I believe that's because of the kit's quality. The lamps are not fitting right, not at all! They are way too much on the inside of the body, there's no such step in the real evo9. Here's (http://www.pcauto.com.cn/newcar/abroad/mitsubshi/0503/pic/0325mitu04_thumb.jpg) a pic to see what I mean.
This thing eats the realistism of the kit definately, as does the wrong name badges, the car has evo9 bumpers (though the front bumber is made wrong around the Mitsubishi badge), but the badge on the trunk says Evo VIII MR.
Maybe this is a wrong place to say this, but Fujimi has done bad job with this kit. :uhoh:
But Joel, you have done great job with the car, I like it! If you only would put those mirrors on it... :sunglasse
And if anyone of you needs a some sort of details about Evo9's, you can ask me about them. I'm working in a rally team that has six of them, in words I mean... :sunglasse
