spark plug wires - 94 5.7

i have been working on my truck for a few weeks know and i have discovered that the 4th set of wires i have installed is jumping fire . they are accel 8 mm spirel wound wires . they were like 50.00 dollars set . i also put new ac delco plugs in . do you guys have any suggestion's on plugs and wires for a 1994 chevy 350 engine . also on the timing do you have to get the timing mark on the pulley exactley in the middle of the 0 mark on the plate if it is close is that ok . i can get it real close high or low but i can't get it right in the middle of the 0 . thanks silver100

Ckeck your spark plugs ends and gap.
Could be one broke or mashed together.
If the spark plug will not take the high voltage spark it will jump out of the wire or go someplace.
What kind of spark plugs regular ac? or other?
On timing mark get it as close ase you can.
On the timing have you disconnected timing bypass wire for base timing ?
The tan and black single wire below the heater housing inside cab on passanger side?
