:banghead: 2000 gpgt making ginding sound and vibrations that can be felt through the steering wheel, front seats, and gas pedal. I have repalced the front and rear wheel bearings (AC Delco), as well front rotors and pads. The sound is loudest between 20 and 30 km/h. Above 30km.h the sound is like a bad belt in tire. The problem occurs when drivng straight or turning (i.e, changing lanes on highway). It has been suggested possible transmission related problem? Any help would be appreciated.:banghead:

you said it sound like a belt in the tire shifted, did you change the tires?
I once heard some one have this proiblem on a different vehicle and it was a problem with the upper strut plates missing all the rubber and grinding.
Heres a list of the other things you may want to invetigate.
look for posible failed engine/trans mounts.
look at cv boots for leaking
check tierod ends for play
also check the lower control arm bushings.
Im sure i missed a few but some of the more knowledgeable members will chime in and fill in the blanks
goodluck
