NTLDR stands for "New Technology Loader". It is a Windows OS file used to load the operating system. Common error if you had hard drive problems. Here's a link that may be helpful.

Thanks for the link and info.
It may take me a while to work threw all of that but it sounds like it should take care of my problem.
I forgot to metion when it crashed I was loading a snapon fast-track troubleshooter program and the installation failed and I removed it and crash it went.
Dang crappie Snap on tool programs are a pain to load or run.
One time I even had a mitchell on demand load up floppy disk that had a virus on it.
Thanks

I got it going ok.,
Again thanks for the info and link.
I got the start up disk made and got it started up.
Got about half way threw everthing.
Since I have two hard drives plus segate external.
I got the wild idea to get into C:/ on both hard drives and copy config.sys and boot.ini and autoexec.bat files from my other working hard drive and bingo it started working ok.
The snap on fast track programs must have ate up some of the lad up files.
I need to quit using them dan crappie snapon tool programs.
I even had a mitchell on demand load up floopy disk from snapon one time that had a virus on it
Thanks
