source for 3rd set of tail lights?

Anyone know where they got the extra panel of tail lights that are on either side of the lic plate?

think they're just dummies, reflexpanels or so... picture from japan, they've got it all....

they're in the hyper rev catalog. i'm sure you would have to go through a japanese dealer. maybe you can contact g22det.
