Crazy cool kinda awesome Idea...

Okay, so today while I was boost leak testing my car I started to ponder. Would it be possible to pressurize the turbo(like boost leak testing) while launching? I have no idea how someone would manage this but, I was just thinking if it would be possible to somehow pressure the air with a pump or something and have a valve to shut off the compressor after launching. I know that a supercharger basically does this just compresses the air to some extent all the time. Sorry if this idea seems totaly stupid or idiotic but, I thought I would share it with the rest of you.

BTW I'm deffinatly doing this as soon as I fix the damn power window buttons that are the exact opposite of every single car I have ever driven in. Maybe I'll get Mcguyver to help me on this one.

You can like pre boost it while moving. When I used to have the cobra if I raced an EVO from a roll they would pre-boost there car so they are at x amount of boost when we started to go. I guess it would be similar, but at the same time we were rolling not from a stand still.

I was thinking of something somewhat along the same lines but slightly different, here's my idea, I was thinking of making a "tank" to hold pressure to use on launches i was thinking it could be filled by the bov. It would be insanely compicated and would need electronic controls. So i figured i would give up on the idea.
