'97 Explorer Check Engine Light

I HAVE A 97 EXPLORER WITH 90,000 MILES WHICH RECENTLY FAILED EMISSION INSPECTION. FOUND OUT AT THAT TIME THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DOESN'T WORK EVEN AFTER REPLACING THE BULB. TO BACK UP A BIT THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE ABS SYSTEM ALSO AND FOUND THAT BULB WAS MISSING. THE CODES INDICATED THAT I NEEDED NEW CATS AND O2 SENSOR. THESE HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND THE CODES HAVE BEEN CLEARED. AFTER SOME DRIVING AND RETESTING THE PO133 CODE CAME BACK. AFTER CLEARING CODE AGAIN AND MORE DRIVING AND RETESTING THE CODE CAME BACK AGAIN. THE ABS STILL ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY. CAN ALL OF THIS BE RELATED OR NOT? WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THE ENGINE LIGHT?:screwy: ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

This is the code for the O2 sensor on the upstream drivers side, which was replaced, correct? If the light is still coming on check the wires to make sure they are not broken or frayed, or check for exaust leak. This could cause the light to come on as well. As for the light, if the bulb has been replaced and its still not coming on during startup, check connection or wiring as well.
