Revell makes a Chevy Silverado kit, you'll have to modify to look like your own though as they only make the stock variation.

Your photo is of the previous generation GMC extended cab. AMT ERTL made a 1/25 version, but it is a dually. They also did the Silverado.

There is a white 'dually' (The dual fenders but one big fat tire in there) with a custom grill that might match yours. I forget what it looks like, I haven't looked at the kit in a while.

i also believe aoshima makes those wheel, but im not sure what ones they are. if you priovide us with a spec list im sure we can help you more.

Just get any kit and wheels, then re-photoshop the pic of your truck to match - simple. :)
