G35 handling in snow

Since a month, I've been looking for a new car, and after test driving a few, I fell in love with the G35. For all their big names, the Audis, BMWs and the Mercs in this category do not come close to this magnificent car. I have however one problem. How will it handle in winter conditions here in Canada? It is a rear wheel drive and though it has traction control, I am a bit concerned. Any one driven a G35 in snow/ice? Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanx.

Well, my son drive my G35 in 1 inch of snow last night, and said the handling was terrible. Of course, no snow tires yet. Buying them today. I'll let you know. I live in Vermont.

Well, the G35 comes with a bunch load more than just Traction Control. Skid protection, brake assist, etc etc. Im sure you might already know this if you test drove it, but im just telling you as a reminder that as long as you dont push it too hard in snow you should be ok. If your area has a LOT of snow, well...BMW 330xi or Mercedes C320 4matic. Or perhaps the Acura TL type S?
