LF Fender and paint

When I bought my car, it was already jacked up.

The factory defected paint was oxidizing and my left front fender was dented.

I am a poor college student, and want to get the most bang outta my bucks...

Now that I have "some" money, I want to fix up the appearance a bit...

The cheapest way I figure was to go to earl scheib to get their top paint job either get a pair of z3 fender or repair the fender...

What do you guys think or suggest?
