'04 - '06 Recall

There was an ABC news article yesterday that announced a recall on the
electric power steering on all '04 to '06 Prius models.
They didn't give any specifics as to what the problem really was ,or what
the fix would involve.
Anyone hear more on this? Has anyone expierienced some sort of steering
malfunction? Thanks !
