I am seriously considering buying the neuspeed supercharger for my 99.5 2.0L. According to the neuspeed website,it will only put me at about 135hp. My goal is however to put it above 200hp. How much boost does the supercharger come set at, and how much can the engine handle? What could i do besides the supercharger to put it above the 200hp mark? Thanks...i'm new to volkswagen and european cars.

Also if you want try BahnBrenner. They run a bit more but make a lot more hp. The Neuspeed one makes as much hp to the wheels as a stock 12v VR6 Jetta. The BahnBrenner makes a bit more whp around 200. Good Luck. VWvortex.com can help for questions.

200hp is pointless with a supercharger, wont make it w.o engine mods. Get a eip or greddy turbo kit.

I have a atp kit on my 95 2.0 and its wonderful arround 190hp
