96 Caravan-Problem w/van shutting off

I am having a recurring problem with my van. After I've been running the air conditioner and the car is warm (usually after a long, uninterrupted ride like on the expressway), the car will cut off if I take my foot off the gas (like coming up to a stop sign or at the top of an exit ramp). If I throw the gear shift into neutral, it will usually start right back up without any problem. It can be sort of scary sometimes though!
Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone have any idea what it might be? It does not happen unless the air conditioner has been on.
Thanks.

The first thing I would do is clean the throttle body along with a complete cleaning of the IAC motor and the orifice it sits in . I would also run a couple of bottles of Techron fuel system cleaner thru a couple of tanks to rule out dirty injectors...
