1999 Dodge Ram 360 Dying Problem

1999 Dodge Ram 360 Auto. 1500 4x2, Has a dying problem. When the engine dies all of the gauges goes to the left, the engine cranks fine but has no fire at the coil. After about 30 seconds with the key on, the odometer blinks 4 times then reads (no bus). After a short time the gauges come back on and the will restarts. No codes are present
