I have a 2000 and am having the same clunk at movement after stop. My mechanic pulled driveshaft and put grease in trans end of driveshaft which made it quite for awhile 2 or 3 weeks but it came back.

I had those checked and they were fine. I have actually had 4 mechanics look at it and none could offer any suggestions

Same trouble here, but found the fix. There is a SPECIAL grease you can get at the dealer. I know what you are thinking, I thought it too. My friend had some and it works great for about 8 month to a year and you have to reapply it to the inside of the spline. I wil get the name of it if I can remember. But you can just go to a dealer and ask for yoke grease for a Yukon/Blaser and they should know. It is a very thin brown grease that comes in a blue and white can.
