I have a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo aand my clutch is losing fluid... I have to pump it every time I let it set for an hour because it will be on the floor... What could be the cause and to what extreme would it take to fix this issue.. PLEASE HELP!!!:banghead: Will I end up having to pull the transmission to fix this?

Either the slave cylinder under the vehicle (it pushes against the clutch fork on the drivers side going into the bell housing) or the master cylinder (the clutch pedal pushes it) is leaking, or both. Usually its the slave cylinder underneith.
You can either rebuild them or replace them. Make sure to bleed all the air out of the system when done.

DO I Have to pull the tranny to get to the slave cylinder or can it be done without pulling it? As you can tell I am NO transmission mechanic lol ... Thx For the REPLY!!!

Its out side of the tranny so dont need to pull it. If you look at the drivers side of the bell housing (where the tranny mounts to the engine) you will see the clutch fork sticking out. The slave cylinder pushes against that and has a hydraulic line going to it. That line goes from the master cylinder mounted on the fire wall by the brake master cylinder (the clutch one is the small one) down to the slave cylinder.
