HELP! 92 camero wont turn over

can anyone help.i have a 92 camero rs v6 with manual transmission,will not turn over all gauges come on when ignition is turn but will not turn over all lights work.full charge on battery im kinka stumped.any help would be greatly appreciated

acually i already tried that,i also put a new switch on the bottom of the steering coloum.new starter.im out of ideas,but thanks for the help

Its the Vehicle Anti-Theft System...
You eather need to chance the reader in the column or you need to bypass it...search the forum for VATS bypass and you should find what you need in one of the threads...there was a recent one that gave a link to a site that explains how to bypass that system.
Sory but I dont have time to explain it right now.

Wouldn't be too quick on the VATS, although possible. My first instinct on a manual trans car that has no power to the starter would be a problem with the neutral safety switch.

didnt he say that he already checked/changed that and it wasnt the problem?
That maro is of the right age to need the bypass...but it could be eather one...might require a process of elimination.lol
