Funny Story that happend today

Well today I got my insurance registration and everything done to the GSX. I went to get it smoged and there was the smog guy and his frined. He asked me about the car and stuff like that and I told him it was running rich and I needed a shop that can tune awd. They gave me locations and then he started talking about cars they had done.

First they supercharged a 300c Chrystler and he ran very low 9s. Then out of now where he is like I had a Twin Turbo GST. I was like did you have traction peoblems ? And he said something but I couldnt hear him. I asked him, what turbo's he was running and he told me Greddy. Then I look at where he is looking and he was reading off my Greddy Boost controler so I think he just made the whole story. I try being nice and seeing he is twice my size and will kick my ass if I try to be smartass I ask him about what he drives now. Quote : I drive that 8 second Honda over there. I look to the side and guesss what, A POS , altezza, chrome rims and all kinds of crap. I mean I laughted and he looked at me and was about to hit me so I was like, nice car maybe we should run them sometimes. He tells me, I am getting NOS next week and I will smoke you. I am thinking, why people say NOS . isnt it nitrous ? Isnt NOS and Nitrous Express and Venom companies that make nitrous? I ask him and he laughts and calls me a idiot. That was the dumbest bastard I have seen in a long whilte. Also there was a guy here at the speedway track, 1Gen GSX and he was bullshiting everyone that he was pushing around 400hp and I look at his turbo and its a t-25. Its hard to have a good conversation with some one around here that wont try to lie.

I really hate when people say nos. i'm not sure why it just pisses me off.

I love it when people say NOS, because then I know exactly how many people are complete idiots in this world.

This fat guy in my auto class last year had "NOS" floor mat in his saturn ls1!!!

A chinese kid in my auto class last year installed NOS but didn't hook it up to the engine, he just hooked up the purge kit and then when the NOS ran out he just filled it with propane or some stupid gas.

He is talking all sorts of shit how his non intercooled big 16g running 6.5 psi is making close to 400 hp and how he didnt get cams because they dont do anything. Man, I just have to smile and nod when I listen to that kid talk.

6.5 psi?? Who the fuck runs a half of a psi? How would you even go about adjusting/telling that you're running a half of a psi besides the fact that the needle would be halfway between 6 and 7. He must be an idiot.

yah, I didn't understand that part, I think you don't know your turbos my friend =D, 1G's come with the 14B which isn't a bad turbo, and the autos' come with the 13G/b? not sure what the letter is I think.

Oh, and I know a guy that hooked up nitrous on his R1 just for the purge....though I do have to admit its pretty evil looking lol.

You know you might be right since he was 1Gen but I have seen a couple 14Bs at the graveyard and that turbo was smaller. But it could have been a 14B. I am not that good with turbo signs. However he did have some kind of neon and a boost gauges and that huge thing in the middle. I also remeber he had some kind of unheard brand BOV and half his shit under the hood was stock. I try getting pictures since now I know how and I post some since I see him almost everytime at the track.
