Fu*ck*d Up Idle

Ok so after the 6bolt install I have a wierd idle situation.

sometimes the car idles where it is supposed to (600-700)
sometimes it idles 100-600 and has lately (not often) been just dying.
sometimes it idles all the way to 1300

so without adjusting the set screw what other things could I look into?

**I HAVE NO BOOST LEAKS**

anyone else experienced this?
does DSM link have the resources to fix something like this?
I know with link u can adjust where the car idles but can you fix the wide rang of RPM while idling?
