Good Or Bad?

My 88' Jeep does not a have a catalyst converter. I don't think my O2 is any good, and my emmissions system is all screwed up. A full tank of gas(13.5 Gallons) will last me about 170 miles. Do these things affect the performance?

A bad O2 sensor can definitly cause poor fuel mileage. I'm assuming the O2 sensors have never been changed..
