Si coversion?

i have a 1991 civic CX. i don't have alot of money. i want to convert my 1.5 to a 1.6 Si. my friend says i can do it. but i want to know what is needed?

Yeah you can do it. first off you need to convert your existing harness to multipoint injection becasue your dual point injection uses 2 injectors instead of 4. Thats about all you really need to do everything else should bolt up. Also if you have a auto trans you might think of changing that to a manual. if you want I can sell you an SI motor, trans, and ECU. I just put a new head and head gasket with only 2k miles on new parts. New timing belt new water pump, plugs and wires. motor hauled when it was in my CRX then I went b16a. Motor has 101k miles wit 2 k on new parts. I'll sell it all to you for 600 with shipping. Parts and labor cost me 600 alone for new parts I just want to break even.... let me know and if you have anymore question about your swap ask me!

Yeah if you want the motor i can send it to you. I check with freight and they said it would be 200 to ship so I can give it to you for 700 shipped. Nothing at all wrong with the motor. Compression is high on all cylinders, Runs like a champ! No leaking oil anywhere no burning of oil. let me get the ECU I think its in my shed in a bag then I'll get all the stuff together, wrap the motor up (its already on a wooden stand) and I'll ship it right to your door. Let me get the stuff together and I can ship it to you right when I get the money. I'm a trustworthy person so you don't have to worry about me trying to fuck you over. You can check all new parts for yourself. you Probably won't have to do anything to the motor for 60k except for oil changes.

ohh yeah you can find how to convert your harness from dual point to multi point on some websites or some magazines. Also is your car a stick or auto?
