installing 650cc injectors...questions

Okay, so I finally came up with the extra money for a fuel pressure regulator. I will be ordering my fuel pressure regulator within the next week. First question, what is a good pressure to set the fuel pressure regulator at? Now, I heard it is a good idea to replace the lower injector seals. I was planning on ordering them off of slowboyracing.com. After I install the injectors and fpr I will obviously need a bit of a tune. I know you all are just going send me to the faq and dsmtuners.com links but, I wanted to ask anyway. Can anyone give me a good starting point for adjusting the S-AFC with 650cc injectors? Would I be okay setting my afc running 16psi(currently) even though I plan to bump the boost up a bit? Should I tune at the psi that I plan on running or does it not matter? I know I have tons of reading to do on tuning using the AFC but, it would be cool to get an idea where to start or any tips/tricks you all know. I do have a logger so I will using this while tuning. Thanks for any help.

IIRC base fuel pressure is 43.7psi lower injector seals are a great idea and what are you doing with your stockers?

No, the non turbo cars didn't come with 450's. I don't know about the 420a but my 4g64 came with 275's. The size should be molded into the injector.

thanks anway. Oh and as far as the afc goes http://www.roadraceengineering.com/newafcsetting.htm there is that and IIRC for 650s set the base tune at -15% and fine tune from there

650s are 31% larger than 450s, so -31% would be like "stock."
(450/650)-1
Best thing to do is very that fuel trims after the injector swap and change to 31% or whatever you choose didn't change much. For exmaple, if trims were right on before the swap, you want to set the AFC so trims are right on after the swap. The RRE setup method is worthless as far as tuning goes, IMO, but it's good for setting up the various parameters like throttle sensor type, airmeter type, etc.

I think the 420a injectors are probably 100s cause that's about all the power you can make out of the engine.

Okay so if I'm reading this right I should start by setting the base trims at -31%?

That is correct.
