What would be the best way to get a little more power out of my GS? Should I get a smaller pulley, if so, do I need a larger serpentine belt? Thanks!!

What year is your Regal GS?
For '97 and up the 3.4" is a good street pulley. You could use the stock belt but it is highly recommended to go with a GoodYear Gatorback V-Belt for the supercharger so you do not get high rpm belt slippage.
Goodyear Gatorback SC belt part number (no intercooler):
- 4060660 belt = 3.25” - 3.4” pulleys 66"
- 4060650 belt = 2.9” - 3.1” pulleys 65"
- 4060642 belt = 2.7” - 2.85” pulleys 64.2"
When going to a smaller SC pulley you will need to go colder on the spark plugs to preclude or reduce knock retard (KR). If you go smaller than 3.4" then a re-programmed PCM module is recommended.
