Ok, this is my original message:
Happy Friday !!!!,just looking for some expert opinions, my 2000 GP GT with the 3800 engine, was giving me a little "hesitation" when I would put the gas down while pulling on to the highway. Yesterday I pulled into the driveway turned the car off, 2min later when to turn the car back on and it won't fire.. turns over really really easy, is there some simple things I can do to check with out removing my tank??? Thanks A lot for any helpJF
This is my Today message
Ok so here we are today, and no I didn’t drop the tank… tank you for your help. The old pump was bench tested and it was not working, the new pump has been installed… and is still not working: all fuses have been checked, the relay/fuse has been replaced. Now when you take the rely out, you can use a wire and “manually jump” the fuel pump then comes on and the car starts. Now on the wiring diagram from the Haynes manual shows 2 wires on the fuel pump, however there are three wires: power, ground, and????
Now I have also used a code reader on this vehicle and it is showing no codes!!!
Please help; I now have $600.00 worth of new parts and still no car.
Thanks
Fertij
PS- is there a place on the web to look at wiring diagrams for free, cause funds on this project are getting low

I responded to your other post:

The fuel pump relay is energized by the PCM module. So you would check the relay to make sure it is energizing. If not then determine why and possibly back track to the PCM. If the relay is not energizing it could be caused by something not allowing fuel pump enable from the PCM. The Theft Deterrent System can cause no fuel pump enable. Is the Passkey/Anti-Theft working OK with no SECURITY light?
If you can manually jump the relay and the pump works then at least the wiring from the fuse box to the fuel pump is good. It sounds like the fuel pump relay is not energizing.
