party poker!

anyone else hooked? i play for money, but i did set a 50 a week limit!haha
the first week i discovered it, i was up 250, then down 300! i played for bout 50 hours in one weekend!lol

yeah it gets pretty addicting. i only play with the fake money, online that is. i had it all set up in my dorm with like other people we would all get on the same table and talk a lot of shit. people would get mad, it was funny. it's an easy way to pass time and blow money.

i still don't know how to play. every time someone offers to teach me they want to wager clothes instead of chips. *sigh* oh well. i'll just play blackjack instead or something

I play on pokerstars. Only for fake chips though. Everytime i play for real money i end up getting completely screwed.

For example. I played in a $50 buy in tourny. 4 people left(top 3 cash) i get pocket kings. I raise and 3 call. Flop comes A K 4, guy in front bets, i raise, guy behind folds, original better reraises and i go all in. He turns AQ, i have a set of kings. Turn is a Q. Now his 2 pair against my set, still he only has 2 outs. Nails the Ace on the river for Aces full of queens beating my kings full of aces.

Needless to say, i dont play online. Im better at the casino anyway.

ya, seems that bullsh!t happens often. i played lastnight. was in 280th out of 1100, 6 dollar buy in, then this girl was beggin me to come over her house.....
i called an all in with k j.......i should of played it out.
bad part is i didnt even get laid ;(. winner took over 1,000.00..

haha,you got screwed, and not in the good way. that sux though man. but you're only out 6 bucks though.

i did catch 4 kings lastnight. u never see that in real poker, seems to b common on party p......the guy i went all in with was saying he had top pair before the flop, he had kk! kj wasnt cuttin it.....i didnt believe him so i called...

the only thing i've seen close to that is when i was in Vegas last week. We were playin 2/4 hold em. guy had pocket rockets, and two aces hit on the flop (ended up with 4-of-a-kind Aces for the pokerly challenged). the dealer called the pit boss or whatever over just to make sure it was all legit. it was the coolest thing i've ever seen. needless to say, he could not contain himself.

I hate Party Poker. More specifically, that annoying PartyPoker commersial that interrupts in te best part of every movie. ..Luke, I am your fath.. Paaaaaarty Pokeer!!! Thismovieisbroughttoyoubypartypokerdotcom *Lame music*

4 aces wins a progressive pot on partyp for about 6grand. not a bad take.....

I'm on there constantly. $6 adn $11 S&Gs mostly at the moment. I will say that sight is freaking evil and hates me, the river rapes have lead me to break maney things in my room. Last night I lost with pocket Ks, pocket Qs, and pocket Ks again, all in a row...literally. My TV remote suffered my wrath, and is now in many many pieces.

Oh, and I've seen 2 royals and about a dozen quads this week. Random card generation my ass.

party poker makes me warm inside....i have won about 300 real life money on there...but i have not been playing for to long.

ya, i see 4 of a kind all the time, got 4 kings lastnight......i play the tourneys for 6 and 11 too. i got 5th out of 50 in a 11 dollar yesterday..

i understand the appeal of online poker but i prefer to go to a casino (in london) where i get free food and drinks all night long, not mention hot ladies wearing not a lot of clothing as they bring you the endless cups of tea and coffee.

true that! but i have to drive an hour each way to mohegan....which is the largest casino in the world, but i cant do that daily! (yeah, i need gamblers anonymous....)hahaha
