B16 harness help

ok i tried puttin my d16a6 harness on the motor and theres a lot of things that dont match up..is there somewhere i can buy a harness to just put in that will work with my cars?? it doesnt match up with the b16 dizzy, fuel injectors, and some sensors in the back. i got the wires and connectors for the vtec this weekend so i kno i will have to run them i just need a harness that will fit everything else. Amy since you have the shop and mess with swaps all the time can you let me kno how i can make my obd0 stuff work with all the obd1 stuff on the motor. im just gettin really frustrated with this wiring stuff cuz i need to have this car runnin and reliable in two weeks.

frodo theres only 1 oxygen sensor on there. i checked when i went home and there was no small green plug like you said.

the company i bought this from is really makin me mad and im hopefully gonna get some money back from them so i think i might buy the a/c bracket from hasport.

Beginning to sound like you have a 2gen B16 there dude..are you plugs all grey insted of a milky clear color?

for the harness try rywire.com or hasport.com they both take your two harnesses and mate them together for easy install for you

k i found out that they sent me a 92 b16 which has 170hp and a better tranny..so im a little happier about that. what type of harness will i need im lookin on rywire but cant figure out what all i will need to make this work. I talked to the company i bought it from and he said id need an obd0 to obd1 jumper.

is this all that i would need to get from rywire? i called and left them a msg so hopefully i here from them soon. i cant get hasports page to ever load up..are they constantly down??

HAH! I was so right!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go me...it just didnt sound right at all. And was definately starting to sound like OBD-1...Had to give you something abvious that would point it out to us, and yeah..if its the JDM 2nd gen b16, it has 170hp...you bastard...

k just got off the phone with ryan at rywire and all i need is the ecu jumper kit they have for 190..so got the vtec and everything taken care of..annnd i was right about there bein only 1 o2 sensor lol its just a 4 wire one. does anyone know how i can tell if my tranny is hydro or cable?? they guy at rywire said they usually are hydros for this year but i need to make sure. is there anything special i would have to do if its a hydro to hook it up?

mwhaha frodo cant wait to get this beast in now..ill be lookin around 185hp with all my other stuff goin on it.

I meant, for his tranny it should be hydro..not that it should be a ys1..bad sentence structure on my part..

yeah it says YS1-1041400..so is that a cable one? im hopin i dont have to buy more stuff lol
im gonna order the harness adapters tomorrow from rywire hopefully..just gotta find some more cash..my credit card is gonna kill me

It's a cable trans..But just for shits and giggles, take a look inside the diff. through the shaft hole, is there a large pin running through the center, or does it close off? If it's an lsd I will kill you...

nah im pretty sure theres no lsd on it..just the cable tranny. im not at my parents place so i couldnt check it out but lookin at my old pics isnt showin me anything. Wouldve been another lucky break but oh well..ill just make do with the 2nd gen. wouldnt it say lsd on the tranny somewhere??

Ordered the A/C bracket from hasport..180 shipped :headshake oh well its worth it i guess..i have a better motor so i can sacrifice the A/C hp..

ordering the ECU Jumper kit w/vtec harness from rywire here in a bit after i play some frisbee.
gotta get this swap done in 2 weeks..

Yeah it would be stamped LSD on the case...
