3.3 V6 Engine Trouble

I just replaced my lower radiator hose and changed my oil while I was on the ground, now the car is running really really rough. From start up to shutdown, the entire car shakes so badly that I am afraid to drive it. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
