I have a 97 z71, when I was putting my front passenger wheel back on one of the studs broke off. Is this going to be an easy fix o should it go to the shop.

i would just take it to a tire shop. last time i had my tires replaced they cross-threaded one bolt and broke off another (never going there again). be sure to buy a replacement bolt from somewhere like autozone tho,, they're less than $2 there while the dealership i beleive wanted about $25...:sly:

its possible if you can somehow keep the wheel from turning while you press the stud into place.

put a spacer between the lug nut and the hub on the stud when you press it in so you dont stretch the threads as easy
