Rear wiper and washer problem

I have a 2001 GRnd Cara sport.Rear wiper quit working and washer also. Checked motor and fuses and switch I have a light on the switch and power to one wire at the motor. Is there another fuse or relay anywhere besides under the hood on the PCM? I'm gettig fustrated. I would appreciate any help.

If the wiper and washer quit at the same time try going under the hood and locate the IOD fuse in the fuse center and pull that for like 2 minutes and reinsert and see if that helps at all . Sometimes the bcm gets confused and has to be reset .
