I think the problem is the brakes are bad, they keep you stationary.
Maybe it's time to upgrade to drums... they allow more slip.

you should watch the video again in slow motion.. you clearly see at 88mph his car goes back in time. By the time the clip is over, he's already seen the depression, fought in ww2, helped the us win vietnam, and cured the clap!

Not much.
The tire was already shot and I knew it.
I wanted to hold it longer, but I had to make it a couple miles on it once I was done, so I backed off pretty quick once I was in 4th.
