Hello,
I was wondering if it would be possable to get a 98 Integra RS in the mid-14's.
What mods (going NA) would you need to do this?
Any info. would be a great help.
Thanks

yes its very possible to hit that. one possible route could be lsvtec with high comp pistons, I/H/E, and intake manifold.

i know a few integs with this work done and they do really well at the track.

Hey man its really possible to do that just geta B16 head from an honda civic SI and then u will have LS vtec that will make ur car be in mid 14's easly u can beat a typr R when u do that conversion easly if not u can get headers, exhust system, coldair intake, intake manifold, pullies and cam gears that should put u in the 14's easly too all motor, cuz ur car if its 5spd it runs 16.0 or a 15.9 with a good driver

GOOD LUCK
Make sure u lower the compresion when u do the LS vtec cuz high compresion might blow ur motor up!!:smoker2:

you'll need to raise the compression, not lower it. ever wonder why most/all honda VTEC engines have high compression?

if LS/VTEC is not an option for you, simply raise your pistons' compression to about 10.5:1. that should make your mods more worthwhile. get the basic i/h/e and cam gears. after that, MSD ignition upgrade with 255lph fuel pump.

make sure tha you run premium fuel after you raise your compression.
