If you mean a tune-up most manufacturers recommend every 100K miles. If you have problems before 100K it usually involves plugs and wires etc. You will want to keep up with things like changing the fuel filter, transmission fluid and etc. Air filters should be changed every 15K miles or sooner depending on the conditions in your area.
