Could be bad bearing or a chipped tooth or a bad U-joint or some really old gross gear oil in there that lost viscosity.

Edit- Could also turn out to be a worn Tranny mount.

i checked the rear fluide and i just put in a brand new tranny mount i think it may be my gears in the rear but sumone told me that when gears go they dont klunck.

Depends on what you mean by "go". Generally a ring gear or pinion gear with chip a tooth on a weak point. Then it can whine or clunk depending on how severe or what part of the gear tooth is damaged.

is the noise consistent with speed at all?

now that u bring it up, the rear was humming before it started to klunck.and the klunck goes faster the faster u go.but as soon as u let off the klunck mellows out and when u give it gas it comes bac again

If the gears have been recently swapped Pinion bearing is very likely as most shops just use a Impact gun rather than a torque wrench like your suppose to.
