laguna non starter

hi, guys
my r reg laguna refuses to start the aa man tried the plugs no spark tried the fuel pump not working so he said its the immobilser or try recodeing the key.
does any one know were the code is and how do you enter it the aa said its done the wiper stalk. any other ideas greatly recieved. cheers bjj56

You will have to contact the dealer to obtain emergency code, if you don't have it with you car's books. When you'll get it, let me know.
