Amplifier Bypass

I am looking for a adapter to use the stock amp with my aftermarket deck with out giving up my rca outputs on the deck.

Can someone please direct me on where I can find one.

Forget about it, it's more headache than anything that it could possibly be worth, given both the low wattage of the amp and that you'll have to custom fab a harness connector as no one makes any sort of an adapter.
Your best bet is to run with the head unit's built-in amplifier to say, power the front speakers, and then use an aftermarket amp for any additional speakers, taking advantage of the RCA's you've mentioned.
