04 ex cam install ?

i just bought a stage1 crower cam for my 04 ex , i was wondering if anyone has one and has installed it thereself any help would be great

And lets hope you bought the cam gear, retainer kit and VAFC of your choice..
Your 3-6 horsepower cam is gonna cost more then you think for proper install/tuning...Should have saved for a K20..
