Belt Tensioner

Any tips/tricks to change out the serpentine belt tensioner (2000 Model)? Mine is making noises so I guess it's time to change it. Any good aftermarket tensioners (Toronto, Canada)

It's Pretty simple, only 1 bolt holds it on, and it takes a 15 mm socket. Gates is good brand in pulleys, belts, and tensioners.

Thanks for your reply. Seemed to be enough room to get your hands/arms in.
Turns out the noise I was hearing was from the A/C clutch rattling.
