Need running trouble shooting help with my 99 Rodeo

Ok first let me tell you how the truck is acting. If I start the truck cold first thing in the morning it fires right up. After it warms up the idle will drop about 200-300 RPM only when the car is in drive if I'm sitting at a light. This inconsistant idle will continue every 15 seconds until I drive again. The car runs absolutly perfect as far as accelleration goes and highway is fine as well. Now, if I shut the truck off and let it sit for any length of time after I have driven it, its a bitch to start again. Cranks and cranks for quite a while then it will start if you hop on the gas before it dies. So what gives?
Now here is what I have done so far to help fix this problem. I cleaned the EGR tube and the EGR itself as well as the TB and changed the plugs. I have sprayed the motor while running with carb cleaner in search of a vacume leak but came up empty handed. The truck has 114,000 miles on it. I'm not sure if this is a fuel delivery issue when the truck is warm or a vac leak.
Any help is greatly appreciated...I've done a few searches but no symptoms seem to match up.

Have you replaced fuel and air filters? Is cel on? It could be fuel pressure valve.

Forgot to mention no CEL light...I did replace the air filter but not the fuel filter. That was my next step as its a cheap answer.

The cel light is on with my 99 Rodeo and the folks who read the code said the EGR should be replaced. You mentioned that you cleaned yours.
Where is it located and what did you use to clean the valve and tube?
Thanks
