Tow package

I have a 2001 Dodge Durango R/T and I'm not sure if it has a tow package or not. At first glance, I dont' see the connector under the dash, but I could be looking at the wrong spot. It has the Class IV receiver and the 7 way port on the back, and the port clearly states "electric brakes" for one of the prongs... but I don't know where the connector is inside to hook the tow brake control up to.

Does anyone know where it would be on the 2001 durango? And how do I tell if my durango even HAS the tow package to begin with? Is there an area in the VIN number I check? Thanks.
