my car is broken

my car is broken!
I cannnot put gas in my 1988 ford rangers gas tank, The fuel tube appears to be plugged. It takes in the gas at a very slow pace.

wazzup i have a 91 ranger that is bagged and you probally will have to remove the tank to change the filler neck but you can change it without dropping all the way just loosen the two straps and reach up to the bolt and loosen I had to relocate my gas tank so it wouldnt drag and it wasnt easy
