Cat Back Exhaust

I have 2 questions about the Magnaflow catback for a 2003 3.4 liter prerunner four door.
does the magnaflow provide a noticeable gain in power?
does the magnaflow have a better than stock sound-- or can u not tell the difference between it and the stock exhaust?

no one can help me out?

seems that freeing up the exhaust system will let the engine work better, while the power and econemy gains can be questionable, in a time with gas over $3 a gallon, every little bit can help!
couple the cat back with a good intake setup and you should see both power and econemy improvement ( should be ) being the key words here.
