Replacing oxygen sensors

I need to replace both of the oxygen sensors in my '96 Grand Am 2.4L. Does it matter who the manufacturer of the replacement sensors is? I can get Bosch, Beck/Arnley, Borg Warner, Niehoff Ignition, or Standard Motor Products sensors from AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts. But I read somewhere that with these vehicles it's much better to stay with the AcDelco OEM sensors. Is that really true? Because they're quite a bit more expensive and not as easy to obtain in my area. If I need to go with AcDelco I guess I can....but if the other brands are perfectly fine I'd much rather go that route. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I put a bosch into my 95 2.3, seems to work ok, but the service life is kinda short, around 25k miles.
