Oil Underneath Car

I just found a drop of oil near the passanger side to my Beretta. When I looked underneath the car on the passenger side I saw that there was an oily substance next to the tire in what looks to be a hole or something (I am not good with cars but it looks like a hole to what would be a part of a tank or something right next to the inside of the tire). Now I only found one drop of oil but it seemed like that wherever it came from was from this area. Like I said, it was an area next to where the front tire is that shows a hole going into metal. It is very small. Any idea what this is?

I did check the oil level and it seems like I got plenty of it as the dipstick says it is full. I just had an oil change done last month.

Just a couple of thoughts, Not really sure where you are talking about but anytime I see wetness near a tire I get concerned about possible brake leaks. Is this oil for sure? Any on the tire itself (on the inside part bottom) and are there any hoses nearby??? How much is there? have you checked brake fluid levels? Leaks under the car are nothing new for oil leaks and anti freeze leaks. Oil filter can be lose, leaking, gaskets can be leaking, power steering pump, rack and pinion steering lines are among several possible things. The reason I mention brakes is that people mistake brake fluid for oil and the caliper, hose, or steel line can be leaking and they are near the tire. Maybe you can post a pic of the area??

I believe my break fuel levels are fine. I only saw one drop and it did seem more like a drop of oil. No fluid on the tire that I could see. No hoses that I saw either. I am thinking that the greasy part on the bottom part of the car may have gotten hot as we now have summer weather now. I am not experiencing any problems with my breaks. It is also possible it might be the oil filter since I don't know how tight they put it on after oil changes.
