Chugging/Stalling/Hard starting

I was wondering if someone could help me diagnose 3 different problems.. Before anyone asks, Yes I tried the search button already.. lol The car is a 2001 Maxima Anniversary ED with 72K miles
1) The car stalls after driving when I put it in park. It starts fine. I can drive where I need to go, but when I go to put it in park, the idle starts to drop and it will stall. It doesn't do this while its in gear, just in park. I heard it might be the TPS or the idle control valve. Any ideas??
2) After starting the car and putting into drive, the car will sometimes start to chug for about 15 seconds and then its fine. It happens very intermittently. It feels like there is no power in the gas pedal while chugging and then its fine.
3) Sometimes the car is hard to start. I will turn the key and I can hear it crank but it doesn't catch. The second time I turn the key it will start right up. It happens about 3 times a month.
I started having the problem with hard starting about 5 months ago. The chugging started about 2 months ago. The stalling starteda about a week ago. I took it to the shop but I didn't feel like paying for trial and error. If anyone can help with any of these, it would be great appreciated.

My guess these are at least two different problems...
- TPS is used on cold engine (first '4min'), always on A/T: if problems exhibit only warm, forget this
- MAF's are a known problem source
- IACV is already dirty, clean it first.
- check charge voltage
- 'gray' area is connector etc oxidation, check pages 10 & 14
