Transmission Swap Question

I have a 1989 F150 4x4 with a 302 and a 4 speed manual. I want to swap out the 4 speed for a 5 speed. What is the 5 speed tranny I should be looking for for this application. Will it bolt up to my engine and transfer case with no problems? My current 4 speed also has a hydrolic clutch. Will any connections for the clutch line up to the 5 speed. Basically will this be an easy swap or will there be modifications I should be aware of?
