2000 Dodge GC Electrical Problem

On the pcm, pins 76 (brown w/yellow stripe)+ 77 (white w/green stripe) are shorted to ground with the pcm disconnected. Would like not to physically trace the wires to their destination. Any help on what they goto would be great. Maybe asd relay? Car will only run for 8-10 seconds before shuting down.
