got my car cleaned up today

finally got around to cleaning up the caprice, got a coat of polish on the wheels, i know the paint is baad, but it is soon to come, got a new fender to replace the damaged one, i know its not a camaro but the caprice forum in pretty much dead and i post most here anyway.

I saw a totally BADASS caprice today. Big old meats out back (sans skirts), lowered a touch, didn't look too bad either... it was actually prety damned nice, dark metallic blue and silver, I didn't have a camera dammit.

I dont pay much attention to Caprices.. all the ones that are around here are equipped with 20s and 22 inch rims and all.. I LOVE seeing Impala SSs though with big 20s on them or so, although the original 15s on em are cool too. but I love the impalas..

yes, the Impala's are badass, caprice's can be too when done correctly.

yea, im not used to seeing a caprice around here without the 50 inch rims(or whatever is cool now) on them. thats not too bad of paint though..nice sky blue, no pun intended.

mine is in the process of becoming an impala,(exterior), as you can see yb the tail lights are grill, also got clear marker lights, throttlebody spacer, injector spacer, and a few other smalls mods, i had an lt1 in it but sold it

sorry if this sounds dumb but..your year caprice..is there a difference between the caprice and impala?

sorry if this sounds dumb but..your year caprice..is there a difference between the caprice and impala?

The Impala SS was basicly an upgraded version of the Caprice.. it was offered only during 94-96 and it had a stronger LT1 along with a bunch of upgraded stuff.. thats basicly it.
